Affordable Management Corporation (AMC) was established by HMW Partners Chartered Accountancy and provides participation, support and guides developers, investors and tenants in the Federal and State Government’s affordable housing scheme - National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
AMC specialises in applications, administration, compliance and management requirements for participation in the (NRAS) from both the developers and owners perspectives, helping to alleviate the ongoing, timely legislative and compliance requirements of the scheme.
