What are the requirements?

• Once approved, the Approved Rental Dwelling is eligible for the incentive for 10 years.
• The Approved Rental Dwelling is required to be rented at a discounted rate of at least 20%.
• A Statement of Compliance, in relation to legislative requirements under the scheme, is required to be submitted annually. AMC will arrange this on behalf of the owner/s.
