James Whitelaw – Director – CA, B. Com.

James is one of the founding partners of HMW Partners Chartered Accountants, which has been in operation since 1991. James has extensive accounting and finance experience in the property sector, including feasibilities, due diligence, capital raising and ongoing tenant management.

Steve Koman – Director – CA, B. Com.

Steve is a partner at HMW Partners Chartered Accountants and has had 20 years accounting and management experience in both practice and commerce. Steve has property clients, as well as those involved in various other industries. His specialties include feasibilities, finance applications, modelling, grant applications and impact studies.

Cameron Woods – Manager – B Business (Acc), Fellow F Fin, UDIA Property Developers Program

Cameron has a proven track record as a senior property operations and multi-site management including (but not limited to) the retirement industry and large property groups with major interests in commercial and residential developments.

Cameron has a well-developed understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes, sales, marketing, quality improvement, human resources, corporate finance, business process re-engineering, key financial measures and critical business processes.

John Smallwood – Manager – Grad. Dip Property Economics

John brings over 25 years experience in the property industry to the AMC team.

John has worked within industrial sales, with respected property group Jones Lang Wootton, in construction development management with big-name developers and more recently was General Manager of Metroplex Management where he was responsible for the development of the highly awarded and successful Metroplex on Gateway Business Park.

John is an active member of the Property Council of Australia (Qld) serving on both the Divisional Council and the Industrial Sub-Committee and is a regular guest lecturer at Queensland University of Technology.

Sarah joined the AMC team after recently graduating from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development.  Sarah has previous experience in the Real Estate Industry and is responsible for managing the NRAS compliance for AMC clients.
